HRd Bristol was established in 2005 when colleagues Lisa and Sandra decided to join forces and set up a consultancy that would enable them to fulfil their passion for developing people.  Together we have over 50 years’ experience of developing people through coaching and facilitation of learning.

Our courses range from ½ a day to 12 months and we always focus upon the needs of our clients, ensuring that our approach is fit for purpose and in line with current thinking.  We are an ILM Centre offering leadership and coaching qualifications, which are a great way to add strength to learning. 

As qualified coaches, we provide much-valued genuine and honest conversations for leaders and managers who wish to move forward in achieving their goals.

We also have a wealth of experience in HR from designing competency frameworks to writing policies and providing HR support.

About Us

We are committed to working with our clients to assist them in identifying their business and development needs. It is fundamental to our approach that there are no “off-the-peg packages” in the HRd toolkit. Clients take and maintain ownership of their own business goals and we support and challenge, facilitate and advise along the path to achieving them.

LISA HEGAN

Lisa is an experienced facilitator and executive coach who quickly forms relationships with individuals and organisations. Lisa’s facilitation style is reflective of her coaching practice, using effective questioning and careful listening to ask the questions of individuals and teams that develop an increased awareness of both them and their business goals.  Lisa works with pace, whilst maintaining the balance between achieving the task and developing the people.

Lisa draws on her own experience as leader of teams and developer of people within large organisations, together with her knowledge of management and business models to shape solutions with clients. She can create innovative and engaging material that promotes the integration of new knowledge and skills in to the workplace.

SANDRA KEITH

Chartered MCIPD
MSC in Management Development & Organisational Change
ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring
Experience in Health, Travel, Retail, Hospitality and Engineering Sectors


Sandra has particular expertise in management and organisational development and executive coaching. She is an excellent facilitator who is able to improve individual and team performance through the effective use of coaching and management development programmes. Sandra quickly builds rapport and effective working relationships with clients.

Sandra applies her experience and education to enable her to gain a deep understanding of clients business needs and relate them to current thinking. She is able to suggest practical solutions that move the individuals and businesses forward on their development journey.
