Competency Framework Developed for National Charity

HRD Bristol were invited to work with HFT, a national charity that provides local support services for people with learning disabilities, in developing a competency framework for staff operating within first line management.

HRD Bristol joined forces with Thrings Solicitors recently to host two breakfast meetings for Executives and HR Professionals who are facing the challenge of managing redundancies within their work place.

HRd Bristol was established in 2005 when colleagues Lisa and Sandra decided to join forces and form a consultancy that would enable them to fulfill their passion for developing people.

Like all our best work, the inaugural plans were made in a coffee shop and from that day forward we have stayed true to our core values of delivering “tailor made solutions to meet client and individual needs”.

Together we have over 40 years experience of developing people through coaching and facilitation of learning. We also have a wealth of experience in HR from designing competency frameworks to writing policies.
